# How to Make It:
01 - Thoroughly wash all fresh vegetables and fruits under running water to remove surface impurities and bacteria.
02 - Prepare all components as specified: chop cabbage and kale, peel and chop cucumber, chop celery, core and chop apple, peel ginger, and extract fresh lemon juice.
03 - Feed cabbage, kale, cucumber, celery, apple, and ginger through the juicer in sequence. Add fresh lemon juice directly to the extracted liquid and stir thoroughly before serving.
04 - Combine cabbage, kale, cucumber, celery, apple, ginger, lemon juice, and cold water in the blender. Process until completely smooth, approximately 60 to 90 seconds.
05 - Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag to remove pulp and achieve desired consistency, if preferred.
06 - Transfer juice to serving glasses and add ice cubes if desired. Consume immediately to maximize nutrient bioavailability.
